Bob,
I want to thank you and your crews for making it possible for my family to spend this Thanksgiving at our new home in Kiawah.
Thank you again.

Dear Bob & Renae,
Thank you so very much for the wonderful champagne and the beautiful bouquets. Thank you too, for all you have done to make our new villa such a joy to come to.
You are a joy to work with and I hope we will be doing so again in just a few months.
Sylvia & John Kinney
“It was very interesting along the way to watch how this team created new and innovative processes, to gain control of this project. We were given reports, digital photos, direct communication with the subcontractors, and endless hours of the principal’s time to coordinate our wishes”

Dear Bob, Renae, and Ryan,
What a wonderful surprise we had in receiving the gorgeous wreath from y’all! It really is a spectacular wreath and so fresh that I could smell it before I opened the box! It has made our home feel very festive.
George and I are so excited with our “construction project” and feel very fortunate to have found your company. We look forward to the next few months!
Have a wonderful Christmas and a blessed and Happy New Year.

Dear Bob, Renae, & Ryan,
We have enjoyed the lovely flowers you sent last week. A bouquet of wild flowers is my favorite arrangement. It is wonderful to have such a beautiful new home. Thanks for all that you’ve done to make that possible. We look forward to spending many happy times here on Kiawah.
Kindest regards,
Mark & Sharon Meyer

Many blessing to you and your family!

Renae, Bob, & Ryan,
Midge and I send special greetings with our thanks after almost 2 years of your extraordinary effort. And you have, without a doubt, exceeded all expectations with your skill throughout and your personal attention to detail.
I wish there were more left after investing in the highest quality of home – we also exceeded our budget but without any regret. Nonetheless, we would wish you to accept a small token of our esteem – this is intended to allow you to turn your attention to a respite on the boat and with good fortune fishing.
Please understand our gratitude for all you have done. We need to continue to engage your wonderful staff with remaining small tasks. And of course we invite you to use our home as apt advertisement for new clients.
Fond regards and wishes for a Merry Christmas and a quiet week away.
