Over the past two decades R. M. Buck Builders has built homes for our clients and their families to live in, grow in and enjoy. Many clients have requested that we continue to maintain their homes‚ after con–struction has been completed. In response to the growing demand‚ we created the RMBB Property Management‚ exclusively for our clients and home owners. We provide convenient‚ consolidated monthly billing. R.M. Buck Builders‚ one company for all of your needs! Our services include‚ but are not limited to:

CUSTOM WEEKLY AND BI-MONTHLY HOME CHECK

• Thorough Property Inspections
• Routine checks will be performed on security systems
• Doors and windows checked
• Temperature controls checked
• Appliances, sinks and toilettes checked.
• Spa Maintenance (chemical balance, filter change, water change)
• Contracted Landscape Maintenance
• Hurricane and storm preparation and clean up
• Pest Control
• Contracted Home Repairs
• Pool Service
• Available to respond to security alarm calls.

PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE

• Preventative and Routine Maintenance
• Semi Annual Power Washing: all Windows and Buildings on Property
• Annual & Biannual System Servicing: HVAC‚ Plumbing‚ Pool‚ etc.
• The Operating Systems of the property will be inspected and a schedule of maintenance will be created to insure proper preservation and efficiency.
• Twice a year a complete inspection of the property will be performed to check for wind
  and water damage‚ dry or wet rot‚ tree and landscaping health‚ pest control

CONCIERGE SERVICES

• Pre and post departure house cleaning
• Car Shuttle Service
• Mail and Package Services - Will accept UPS and Fed EX deliveries and take to the home weekly.
• Automobile Exercise - Operate vehicles during home inspection. Use trickle chargers when in garage. Maintain automobile maintenance schedule.
• Grocery Delivery and Stocking
